Level 1 Help Desk / Office Support
Our business is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated Level 1 Help Desk / Office Support professional to join immediately.
In this role, your services will be outsourced to an IT service provider. You will handle client support requests while also assisting with internal administrative and sales-related tasks. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to requests via email, support tickets, and other communication channels from line managers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues; escalate unresolved cases to higher-level support within defined timeframes.
- Perform basic setups, including user creation, email configurations, and Microsoft Office 365 account setup/maintenance.
- Follow established procedures for client issue management.
- Prepare quotations, manage authorized purchases, and handle product receipt and dispatch.
- Provide assistance with help desk administration and document management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Level 1 and/or Level 2 technical support.
- Strong customer service background.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft desktop/server operating systems and desktop applications.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support and guide users effectively.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Additional Information:
- May require working from home; a reliable internet connection and suitable computer/laptop will be an advantage.
- Initial contract of 3 months, with the possibility of extension.

Network Engineer
Our company is expanding, and we are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team immediately. Both full-time and casual opportunities are available. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting diverse client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, deploy, and manage Cisco products, including (but not limited to): Meraki MX68CW routers/security appliances, Meraki MS120 switches, Cisco 4431 routers, Cisco 9300 switches, and Cisco 9120 WAPs.
- Work with other commercial networking products such as Sophos, Fortinet, and Juniper.
- Configure and maintain IPSEC/SSL/PPTP VPNs and VLANs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, handling Level 2 and 3 escalations.
- Provide overflow support to the helpdesk team.
- Manage requests via email, tickets, and other communication channels.
- Support server infrastructure implementation and recovery in disaster scenarios.
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions.
Requirements (at least 4 of the following):
- Experience in Level 1, 2, and 3 technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft server environments.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade networking equipment.
- Proven expertise in network troubleshooting and configuration.
- Fluent English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.

Software Engineer
We are expanding our business and have an immediate opening for a Software Engineer. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, manage tasks without close supervision, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze system requirements, design solutions, and develop/code cloud-based applications.
- Apply strong skills in system analysis, solution design, and complex relational database design/implementation.
- Develop secure web applications with proper user privilege levels.
Preferred Skills & Advantages:
- Experience with integrations (Microsoft Calendars, Xero, other financial applications, RMM tools such as Datto or Kaseya).
- Knowledge of Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, and SharePoint.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage security in web applications effectively.
